Great experience

Hectic at times especially if it's month ends or these a system issue but on the normal day it's smooth. I have good relationship with my team mates and we work well in terms of supporting each other and a good relationship with our team leader. I have learned a lot aspecially the technical aspect of the job and the company systems. I enjoy the challenge knowing that I did assist the client and I have resolved the issue and the client is satisfied that makes my day. The most challenging aspects of my job its unforeseen technical issues were you need to tell the client that and you cannot assist at that point in time because it's a general issue on our side and you need to advise them to call back later.

Great development

You can never fully plan you week as new challenges com that required s me to b flexible. Each member of the team has a role to play with clients and its important to understand your role and how it affects the other team member. Each day I learn new ways in which the systems can help work better understand the clients. I enjoy interaction with the different clients and learning something new each day. Also enjoy learning about the different ways in which industries operate.

I am a go getter. I believe in team work and am a good team player. I like to learn new things and get new ideas. I enjoy challenging tasks and like to see problems being solved and targets not only achieved but exceeded as well.

Efficiency and Accuracy, Analytical Thinker , Planning and Organising

I am a 27 year old Female with 6 Years Working Experience and I possess a National Senior Certificate (Matric) and a NQF Level 5 Banking Services Advice, currently studying Accounting Science part time at UNISA I am a very humble, respectful, hardworking and diligent worker. I’m a fast learner and I do get on very well with other employees while working and I have the ability to work well independently an in a team. I always try to do my best and as required of my duties. I'm interested, and I would like to apply for any available full-time position that matches my skills, educational background and work experience.
