Great environment for graduates

Flexi hours - I get to spend less time on traffic. It's a big corporate and the workload is a lot and it gets monotonous. Some teams are one level and career growth is limited. Persistence will get you to your dreams.

Excellent learning curve

A great company to work for. There's constant learning. I have a good relationship with my manager, colleagues and I am a part of a great team. I have eight months with the current company, being a Data Governance Analyst exposed me to a whole new experience adding to the ten years experience of audit and business systems. This puts me on an advantage towards my future goal of being a Data Strategist. A great stepping stone and exposure.

Pros: I enjoy the constant learning.
Cons: Limited scope, I would like to be involved in the more technical side as well

Excellent for a first job

A call center is a good place to work when you are from school and looking for work experience and new challenges. It is not a place to get comfortable for many years.

Pros: get experience in service, sales and learn how to communicate on the phone.

Perfect training and skills developing

The businesses is well establish, main focus is providing great services to their clients and enforcing ethical behavior to their employees, it requires a team player and person who will be able to meet their daily targets. The most interesting thing about my job is the continuously changes in the business and their challenges and overcoming them. I’ve learn to value clients and giving them a great experience, clients will always remember how you made them feel.
