It is very much challenging also interesting at the same time. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs My relationship with my co-workers is great,we always put time span to weekly duties and also help each other to archive more in order to better the company and our branch aswell,,we archive everything together as a team I have learned a lot,one most important thing is that team work conquer everything I enjoy engaging with clients and giving them product knowledge and building a relationship with them When you are given a huge task for a day with no launch looking at the time ,though I manage to over come it and given sales target and I also fight to over come them

Administaror closing of accounts
i close vehicle accounts doing recons to make sure everything is in order for an account to be closed. we are a very small team that works well together as well as individual, I have learnt how to do recons and balancing of accounts as well as dealing with lots of different systems.

Great environment to build your career
Bank thought me so much, working at branch level as well as central office. Working at Central office was more of internal meaning not exposed to your client. Deal with stakeholders. Working at branch was more fascinating and furious at the same time. I am dealing with client face to face. I must listen to their problems and solve them promptly. With what is currently at place, high number of crime cases, fraude cases, card skimming etc make banking environment vulnerable. With the experience of my colleagues I manage to mitigate the risk from those kinds of clients.
Pros: Great work experience, good leadership attribute, career growth and personal development

Your positive approach and the positive attitude very important
I enjoy working with co - workers, I have the good relationship as it the good for company in terms of productivity because we have the common goal to achieve the company objectives. I have learned that you need other people to make it in life even at work you need other people because there a lot to learn. very challenging working with difficult/ having different view client but finding solution at the end of the day it is satisfying. I learn new things every day and I work with people with vision

meetings held for JAD and requirments gathering with stakholders- workshopping the technical sid eof the projects support and strong team work relationship- asisting and guidance to support the goal of the team you need to listen in order to deliver- in order to derive effective solutions and analytical thinking challenges are the key that keeps me going - selfed managed and the driver to meant any task doing 3 roles in a project is challenging- Junior BA, test Analyst and tester to deliver the project to meet the deadlines.

Excellent service
I work at nedbank as a business development officer for 3years. I am a very hard working employee who is so hamble ,respecting and who work beyond the call of duty. I give the best customer service, I love the challenge, I copy working as a team, because I believe that working as a team can help to achieve more.

Great exposure
I am a Credit Manager in the Franchise segment. My day encompasses managing a portfolio of four Business Managers (sales people) with each having an average of 50 groups. This entails approving or recommending applications and reviews. My mandate is R10m. I check and sign excess reports to manage risk. Work with Risk department with regards to risky clients. Two Credit Analysts are direct reports. I work well with my team and I enjoy credit. The challenge is that it is admin intense because I get involved in the application process to checking facility letter and sign to checking and signing for security documents. It is expected of a Credit Manager to lead the team.

Excellent company structure
I had a great time with the company. I learned face to face sales as i moved from call centre role with another bank. I handled queries, did service like submitting funeral claims, I sold banking products and upsold to deserving clients. I enjoy the company atmosphere and the relationship i had with my colleagues was of great influence as they always motivated each other.
