My name is Natalie. I am currently an Hr manager at Nedbank under the division of retail and business banking. I have been with Nedbank 5 years. I also worked for Standard Bank and the financial services of the 2nd group. My highest qualification is a bachelor of technology human resources. I am currently studying towards a MBA . I services approx 30 Nedbank branches which are geographically strengthen from Durban to matatiele. I enjoy working with people. I work in a team of 9. I enjoy working with people. Being Hr is always exciting meeting new people as well as people with different personalities. There are not anything challenging as I have been in the field for almost 10years.

Learning exceprienced
a typical day at work just consist of me on my desk for most of the day, my relationship with my co-workers is just really great we get along just fine, I have learned a lot since I got here from being a beginner to excellent worker.. what I enjoy the most is being with my co-workers because we don't get to do much fun stuff is all about work and the most challenging part is th productivity but absolutely work hard to accomplish that

Excellent working environment,
It is a Great place to work in and a fast changing place, good environment to work in, with a great team and lot of support structure.i am learning everyday especially now that we moving into the digital industry and it is interesting. I enjoy building relationships with different stakeholders and my job is a great platform for that. I get along with everyone and I find it more beneficial to work. the different client queries and needs that come along help everyday help me to improve my problem solving skills and improve my communication skills

Great team spirit
What i love the most about my current company is the team that i am in,my managers ensured that we have a good team spirit and everyone made sure that is archieved,we are always willing to share knowledge and skills.I like that they give you the opportunities to further your studies.As much as my job is challenging which i lime because it motivate me,but the is no room for growth and im ready for growth professionally.

My learnings in Nedbank
deadline driven, targets to be met, worked in practically every department, had exposure to various jobs within the corporation, worked with a very good team at the time.

Out of my comfort zone and a great learning curve
It is rather a learning curve especially when you face clients everyday and have to give the best service ever. I have an awesome manager who is willing to assist at all times. I am looking for something more challenging and will help me grow both personally amd professionally.

Excellent
I have good relationship with people I work with, we understand each other. I have good understanding of my superior also. But there is no growth at all.
Pros: Only when you apply for the next position, not just getting promotion.
Cons: Working hours are from 8am to 4:30PM and 1 hour lunch
