My 4 years in the Banking sector have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader. You are seeking an individual with a strong passion to innovate and drive for solutions. I qualify as I have a Personal accountability for results and my integrity are respected and unquestioned. I established a performance development and career planning process that utilizes both internal and external development opportunities for employees including mentoring, job-shadowing, team leadership, and training sessions. Excellent corporate experience
Enjoyed the corporate working environment. Like working on a computer and having deadlines. Was good having a team to work with as we worked together to reach our daily and weekly including monthly targets. The working hours and lunch hours was perfect and everything was perfect. There was no bad experience except disappointment that my contract ended and did not get renewed. This is because robotics took over..

Opportunity to get educated
It may not have the best perks but education is first for the business. They give you opportunity to grow. Long working hours are expected. 7-5 Team work is vital to success within the business I have learnt to focus even when under pressure, to give my best in tough times within the business. I use to my opportunities consistently. You are required to grow tough skin but still be able to treat clients with respect and fairness. Do good even when no one is watching. The best part of it is meeting people from all types of backgrounds, listening to their tales that may be very motivational. I love this part of my job

To know your worth will motivate you to not stay in your comfort zone.
I enjoy the coaching and facilitation of workshops as this allows me to transfer knowledge to others. The operational and compliance audits has shown me the importance of processes within a business. My job also allows me with flexible working hours and due to my various branches, I am not always office based.
Pros: Flexible working hours and able to balance home, work and play.
Cons: My division tend to have many restructures and currently no room for growth.

Good learning curve.
A typical work day - Doing the task at hand but within my team we try to have fun and be friendly with one another. Your relationship with co-workers - My relationship was good to the level where we can talk even about our personal lifes and families. What you have learnt - For my career I have learned to persevere and be determined no matter the circumstances What you enjoy most - I enjoyed my work and the team I've worked with and our culture within the team. The most challenging aspects of the job - The tasks for the team was sometimes challenging but we tried our best to make it work my biggest challenge was management's attitude and understanding towards the teams challenges and not even recognising efforts made. Management don't have people skills and how to motivate staff.

My current profession is HR Manager in the banking industry in Port Elizabeth . I am willing to relocate to Johannesburg/Cape town . I am very passionate about people management and this position excites due to the level it is currently pitched at. As an HR Manager my skills acquired during the +/- 15 years in the HR field allow me to be a great candidate for this position for an example fostering a positive and productive work culture, problem solving, talent development & HR transformation. Major growth experience
Training and quality assurance experience gained at nedbank as well as collections and negotiations. Collections campaign strategist. I have been a top achiever at Nedbank from day 1 and I continue to perform not only as a whole but on a daily basis. I meet everything over and above that which is required of me. These are a few reasons why I will enable your department as well as produce favorable results
