Nedbank Reviews

Great opportunities

The institution has many great job opportunities. It allows its employees to grow and explore the opportunities it offers. This gives employees a drive to work to thrive. It does indeed as it claims, takes care of its own.

Pros: There’s a lot of potential for growth because it opens the doors and channels for its employees
Cons: Flexible hours we work

Exceptional work ethic

In my years working for Nedbank, I have realised that they are a people's company, they have awesome benefits and there is room for growth. Yearly they choose a few employees to do a few courses to better their employees and that is bloke the previous companies that I have worked for.

Pros: Awesome working hours
Cons: Less team building activities

A good place to kick start your career

A place to start your working career.. then look elsewhere for further growth and opportunities. Not everyone gets recognised equally, so it is in your best interest to take your career into your own hands. Overall a nice place to work.

Pros: Good to start a career
Cons: Can stifle you if you get too comfortable

Secured company

good place to work and you can grow so easily especially from the role I am currently in as we work as a team,so it really improves your personality as you have to be accommodating, you get to learn new thing n techniques daily. We also work flexible hours and that gives one a chance to plan better. The challenge about the job is that we are too many and sharing the same pie all over the province.

Pros: Great opportunities for growth
Cons: Unstable Management

Great path of growth and learning

I had my experience mostly in Nedbank and I love working there as well. I love the time I spent in the company as there is a sense of feeling like family. The culture is about employees and clients. I would love to work in a company that offers something similar. I would like to work where I know employees and clients are treasured and put first. Suggestions made by employees are recommended and growth is limitless, that's what I am looking for

Pros: Growth by means of promotion
Cons: Overtime

Great learning expirience and personal development

I enjoy helping my team mates and teaching new staff members the job. I have learnt that I have great training skills and able to manage my team mates without the help of a manager. Challenges come mostly when there is change as most people fear change and this causes friction at first but thereafter ease into the change.

Pros: Exposure to different aspects of the job
Cons: Salary can be better
