Great values and culture.

Have great colleagues. Love sharing ideas and knowledge. We constantly learning in our environment. Travelling around the eastern cape is the best part of the job. You get an opportunity to see the diversity of the company. We are encouraged to continue to upskill. The best part I get to travel, learn of others culture and lifestyles and mentor people in my environment. The biggest challenge I have is my immediate line manager who seems to be intimidated as I want to upskill into a management role

Great opportunity to learn and grow

On a typical work day it’s quite busy with no time for lunch, and the relationship with my co-workers is good. I have learnt that it’s not about one person at work but rather about a team.

Growth and Development

The Project Manager will work in a professional and comfortable work environment where the core focus is on learning, growth, knowledge sharing, teamwork and collaboration. The Project Manager must work in a team with other Project Managers within boundaries of strict project deadlines. The Project Manager will be exposed to excellent training opportunities both internally and externally. Projects in our environment typically vary in duration between 3- 6 months, with the occasional 18 month project occurring.

Great path of growth and learning

I had my experience mostly in Nedbank and I love working there as well. I love the time I spent in the company as there is a sense of feeling like family. The culture is about employees and clients. I would love to work in a company that offers something similar. I would like to work where I know employees and clients are treasured and put first. Suggestions made by employees are recommended and growth is limitless, that's what I am looking for

Excellent learning curve

On a daily basis I catch up on administration, I get leads, I solve problems for clients, maintain a good customer service, I make sales face to face nd over the phone..

Its ok, not too bad and bot the Best employer in SA

Its average, nothing over the top. Its an average bank with a 2-digit market share, has good revenue postings each year and a stable market share price. Its one of the big-4 banks in SA.
