Nedbank has a great culture and the staff here strive for the best in everything they do. The executives here at Nedbank are friendly and Wi always assist when needed. The staff are like family.

Create place to work

Managing stuff at the branch. Managing branch administration.attending manager meeting every month. Managing sales performance for the branch. Marketing products. Doing presentation

The environment was very busy and lot of pressure but we always made it with my team. Client service and satisfaction was always number one. I 've enjoyed working with clients and also with my team, we had same goal and each month achieving our targets in fact we were excelling, what ever we touched turned to gold, I 've learnt that working together makes life easy and results are achieved very easy and also respecting each other helps a lot I have enjoyed working with my team and also as a manager with the good team and good relationship I had with them

Excellent learning curve , good communication skills , adaptive , sense of humuor

I enjoy working as team , I learn to work with different kinds of people , and allow myself to handle them as they are . I enjoy assisting client though you find difficult clients and friendly one , is where I get difficult clients is very challenging because I have deal with them until I find the solution to resolve their quiry

Pros: i would like to learn so that i can grow
Cons: at my current job i work 7 days a week, knock off at 5 beacuse it at the mall so will be able to handle pressure

Hard working and loyal

Good day A typical day at my work is being in front of the pc doing checks and spread sheet. I communicate with branches via email and telephone and back to me. I have to look at data for faults. My co-works are friendly people, we understand each other well and in my team we support each other where possible. I am a team player and do go out my way to help and I know this can be good and bad. I have grown up at Nedbank, they have learnt me to come out of my shell. Its business banking so you have to think out of the box. I enjoy when I see no faults, it means what faults I have noticed and advised how to do it correct has been learnt by the consultant. Challenge that I have is mass of work, it comes in daily high volumes and the feed back off corrections does not come back from branches.

Excellent leaning curve, hard work, and patience

my review: we are small team of about 70 and my direct reports we are 6 and I am responsible for any projects am currently heading 3 projects one is about R17 million the other is 30 million and another one for 20 million. it gets hectic most of the times as I only have one administrator and a learner. we have a good working relationship its like we are family. I have learnt that patience pays and I love working for this department, there's lots of room for growth. the most challenging thing is getting feedback

I am very ambitious, loyal and dedicated person and I am willing to use the knowledge and experience I have gained thus far to the advantage of the company. I have good computer skills together with excellent communication skills. I have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. I am a well-organised, accurate and meticulous person. I am willing to take on any challenging tasks and to perform them to the best of my abilities.
