Near the house
As a team we have a good working enviroment we work together pussing volumes and marking target i start my day setting gaols and working towards my gaol i am motivated and learn from my mistakes trying to make the most i learnt alot in the banking industry for my 12 years in the bank making target and reaching my goals is what i enjoy most learning and growing the my main challenges

Hard work and the drive to make things happen happen yielded the required results
Working in a team. Coaching and training Leaving the value of the company yield the desired results. The company ensure continuous learning for all departments. Regular meeting to ensure all parties are well informed shortfalls and new planned developments.
Pros: Regular training of staff to ensure they keep sharp in terms of delivered on daily basis. The well being of the staff was the key focal point that ensured we deliver

Good Company to work for
With the knowledge and skills I have acquired as student and after been a student, I can be the right candidate for this position. I am conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I would make a great fit for the organization. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others, I enjoy working with others and believe that my strong communication skills will ensure that I can meet the expectations of this role. I have the ability to work under pressure and punctually in all tasks given. Good learnings
Great relationship with hardworking staff .In my area not a lot of female appointments in senior posts I enjoy the env it took a lot of effort to make it what is today in the interest of my team. Work life balance
