Good Company to work for

With the knowledge and skills I have acquired as student and after been a student, I can be the right candidate for this position. I am conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I would make a great fit for the organization. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others, I enjoy working with others and believe that my strong communication skills will ensure that I can meet the expectations of this role. I have the ability to work under pressure and punctually in all tasks given. I have interest and a strong desire to work and develop specialist skills in the area of Operations, Programming, and Networking. Strength and Capabilities- young energetic with Good inter-personal and good Computer Skills. Good oral and written communication.

Learning management System

On a normal day, I will be receiving 20 Group Business Service calls, via SAP, mainly on training request for external training. which is challenging because we are client driven, good customer service is in our daily vocabulary. Working in a Team of 6,is amazing as we all have projects we run excluding our BAU.

Pros: Willing to learn new dimensions, getting to understand how their learning processes work.
Cons: Working sometimes at home after hours

Dear Sir/ Madam I have had extensive work experience of more than 19 years in the Human resources arena, ranging from Retail, Passenger transport, Manufacturing, Aviation and Banking industry. This has equipped me with diverse skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. Throughout my HR career I have been working as a Recruitment Specialist for the first 5 years & 3 months and as a HR generalist for just over 13 years. During the course of my career, I was exposed to and dealt with Executives, Senior management, different bargaining councils and industry specific Unions on a daily basis. I have acquired effective conflict management & facilitation skills, learnt to embrace diversity, driving change & transformation, with a natural preference currently in the field of employee relations. I am able to take on the responsibility of this position and have the enthusiasm and determination to ensure that I make a success of it.

Good company to work for

Nedbank is actually a good company at, you are given proper training as well sufficient resources to work with. Good environment, and lovely people to work with as well. I enjoyed my of working for the company, I also have learned a lot of things in my ten years of working for the company, to name a few:- my telephone skills as well as communication skills overall has improved from an amateur to a' pro' level. I also had an opportunity to be a second in charge of a team leader and that when I learned and got to understand the role of a team leader and having people looking up to you in terms of the problems VN or difficulties they encounter and also to be able analyse, understand and give positive feedback or approach to all problems.
