Great Working Environment
I ride the train to Sandton from Centurion, then walk for 15 Minutes to the office. at 9:30 the team stand in front of a wall that host the teams work. we talk through what we are working on and what we will be working on during the day. at 10:00 we have our Team stand up where we would go though our board updating user stories and tasks. my team and i are very close, we work together have tea and chats and lunch together. I came onto the team with very Little understanding of the design world, Most of my co-workers are designers and they share a lot of their skills and knowledge with the team. I enjoy the conversations, discussions and arguments between us trying to persuade each other on the views that we have about the work that we are doing together. mapping out solution after a heated discussions with the team

Stable company suitable for graduates
Being part of an organisation that encourages ownership is refreshing as it allows for innovation. Not having a mundane routine is exciting as it alleviates stagnation . My colleagues were all specialists however I learnt that one should be true to oneself. I enjoy working in a team but prefer being accountable for myself. The most challenging aspects was using my discretion in a team that was too comfortable (set in their ways).

Mirriam's Team Work
Mirriam has strong relationship building skill. Her Communication degree has stood her in good stead form building and maintain rapport with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Pros: The corporate culture is unique and the Comapny encourages innovative thing.
Cons: Work life balance can at times be a challenge.

Good culture
Non structural approach with the organisation. The organisation doesn't believe in titles and anyone can work in any area. Awesome culture and flexible working hours.

Project management
Involvement in numerous projects within public sector and financial sector taught me respect, good time management, and keeping a balanced life between my work, academic studies, family, and social life. My employment gave me practical experience working in different environments with a diverse team. I learnt that being responsible and accountable leads to a more successful and productive career.

The most challenging aspects of the job
Varied and complicated, particularly from a people perspective. The company is supportive of talent, and helpful in terms of career growth.. The company can be fraught with politics though, including ffavoritism.

Entrepreneurial culture
RMB creates an environment of care and wanting to grow the next person. There is an entrepreneurial culture which allows you to care for the business like it’s yours. Everyday literally has a new challenge, there is always something that you’re working out, that is new or outside what you know. This allows for continuous growth. The most challenging part, would be working in a space where we want to do over and above what’s required leads to overworking ourself and not taking sometime out.
