Great learning curve

I enjoyed working with real people because it taught me lot of things also you have to study online n write a test about each n every module/chapter you did online n it helps you understand what you are dealing with.also I loved engaging with my clients and make sure that I offer the best service ever and explain everything to the customer to avoid cancellations.when I work I dont check the time I keep going till the shop close.i try very harder to reach my target and go extra miles.also I dont let the challenges I come across to defeat me.Credico taught me the marketing system properly the 5 and 8 steps.and also when I go out for marketing I prepare myself very well

Pros: Best opportunity for promoting
Cons: 8am to 5pm but I enjoyed working extra hours because other people come to the store when they knock off so it helped me to get customers

Best Experience

I enjoy my Job because I always wanted to learn how to capture data and I love the environment and the people I work with we have a very good relationship with each other. I have learnt how to manage my time as we work with targets and I enjoy working alone most of the time. What is more challenging about my job is reaching my daily and weekly targets but i make sure that gets done within my time frame

Excellent

I am highly organized,people-person natural leader. I am results-oriented.The project I led reduced costs by 35%, shaved four days off from start to finish, and landed us seven huge new clients in the first 10 days,My career aspirations are to find a stimulating and challenging position which build on my skills, and Knowledge, as well as professional experience.

Overall work I Do

working at my company is interesting but I am looking for a change for the better, I can not survive on my salary and company hardly gives you a increase and if it is its not that much the working environment is not very pleasant it when it comes to the other employees A typical day in the office would be scanning linking or data capturing trackbacks onto the system with a target that needs to be reached in a day. I enjoy the team building part of the job and i have learnt to work as a team to get things done on time and accurately. I have had a great opportunity to learn so much within the company, but its time for a change.

Cons: 7.30am-4.30 pm

An ever evolving role

Started as a branch Manager for 14 years then promoted to the inbound service call Centre assisting the sales team and the stores with application queries. Asked to take over the credit vetting team. Managing application processing within expected SLAs in compliance with business rules, NCA FAIS requirements. Enjoy working with people in a vibrant environment. The credit vetting department is a very time managed department.

Pros: Everyday is a new challenge
Cons: Weekend and public holiday and extended hours always on standby

I am a hard working individual with a flair for numbers, excellent recons skills and a consolidations master. I have been in financial industry for over 10 years and I have experience in all aspects of financial hierachy, from cash book, creditors , debtors , to TB, Management accounts and Financial statements. Iam a team players and I truly love the career i am in.

Learning curves, i have learnt to be patient, and to listen others problem

At Real people i have learnt to work hard in order to get my commission, be on time to avoid unnecessary warning. Work well with team mates, respect my superior and my colleagues. I love my job because i enjoy talking over the phone and convince people. What i enjoy the most is when u reached your target a week u dont have to come to work on saturdays so each agent needs push harder in order to be off on saturday. Most challenging is their shifts are very awkward regardless its morning or day shift.

Pros: Its very rare to be promoted

I am hardworking and willing to learn

It a nice enoviroment,team work plays a big roll in the department. There is targets that needs to be met on a daily basis. I have learned how to look for fraud on an application and the business rules regarding the application. I enjoy doing the affordability of the application the most. Challenges I face is calling a client and the client requests to speak his or her own language, as I only speak English and Afrikaans.I have a very good relationship with my co-workers,respect and trust is there.

Pros: i am hardworking and willing to learn any other work.
Cons: Working hours is 48hours a week

Excellent learning point

You have to meet targets and be on time.There is transparency communication done over emails and face to face where necessary. I learned leadership skills. We have team builds. The challenge is to convert sales on daily bases dealing with difficult clients.

Excellent Experience

The industry I'm in now is truly a learning curb for me as ive learnt so much and still am learning. This added to all my previous experience its truly valuable as I'm now having to lead a team of men and fulfill all mandates asked of me, I've learned to solve any type of problem before evolving senior management and save on time wasting.

Pros: Having a true and reliable Team
Cons: Workers not doing as advised
