• Conducting trainings for Smollan reps and merchandisers to look like #1 instore always. • Working with the top weighted stores in my region and making sure I 100% achieve my KPIs, if not over and above. • Weekly catch ups with Smollan reps to review upcoming weeks and how we can make an impact in the trade. • Cross functional relationship management with customers, Clovers and Smollan. • Conduction sales reviews for stores and forecasting to help gauge how the store is selling and where they can improve. Helps build my commercial knowledge. • Maintaining key account agreements. • Driving new SKUs and campaigns to drive sales performance in stores.
