I learn trouble shootings on BlackBerry phos

Regenersis was one of the best company I ever worked.My colleques were excellent and often willing to help one on other to reach the targets.I learnt that working as group helps a lot because people come up with different ideas.The most challenging about the job is when we come across phones that we were unable to fix until we seek help from our superior.

Pros: when ever you work hard you end up getting promoted
Cons: we often work extra ours if our target is not achieved

Communication

Am a fast learner good in communicating, computer skills, hard worker I like to work with people, making good team helping each other to push the work to reach the task of the day or to reach the target of the day, I have 3 year experience in receiving and dispatching in regenersis company, I would love to work in you company be part your team , I would be happy if you take my application into consindarations .

Excellent learning curve from senior engineers

I have been working in IT since 2011 as a student and intern background, i enjoy assisting end users with computers problems, find a solution to make them understand easily in technical issues, I started to develop more carriage in becoming a network engineer by solving emails clients, ADSL,LAN/WAN connections. I have experience in proving support to users, finding and fixing any network faults , carrying out day by day network monitoring and administration. hardware support ,Cisco Routers, 2800 series & layer 3 Switches and layer 2 I have good communication skills and have lot experience working with clients on daily basis. I feel that i can explain technical information carefully to non-technical users.
