Great relationship with management as well as coworkers feel like family everybody is very welcoming and motivating as it is also part of being in sales being able to uplift those who are down and having a bad day

Im looking for a job in the admin field

My daily job tasks is mainly speaking to customers, over the telephone, doing there current vodacom account admin work, selling them the latest packages and proccessing there orders. I work with a group of 9 people which we all are accountable for our team target. In my journey at my current company , I have gained better commincation skills, computer skills in various programs, and most importantly working under preasure.

Pros: great room for growth, excellant earning potential
Cons: work on weekends and public holidays

Working for Rewardsco helped my communication skills.

I joined the company right after I did my internship. Working for Rewardsco gave me many rooms for improvements and bettering myself. I have learnt to work with people and can work alone as well. I have learnt that people around you will always say negative things and that will have a negative impact on ones performance, so the best way that I do, is that I don't focus on what people are saying and I focus on what I want to achieve and give my 100% focus. That focus I am talking about made to be recognized and was awarded the "Best sales Agent" in 2018 December.

Great learning experience, good environment

... Great working environment, you work ant your own pace Good facilities, excellent culture. Great place to learn and develop yourself as an individual. The commission structure however is too low.

Good learning experience however bad management

Sales training, product training, supervision development, systems training, reporting, leading, upskilling, enabling learning, supervising. I have learnt alot at my job however the working environment is not very pleasant. Management is very bad.

Goal driven

Fast learner and adapt easily to new changes

My relationship with my colleagues was good never experienced any problems. I've learned a lot in engaging with others e.g race,age group, religion. was once recognized as one of the top performer on a new campaign. I enjoyed working with my team because each an every employee was given a chance to prove myself on performance as well as to keep track of your target and your KPI's as an individual. The most challenging expect was to work long shift including weekend's and marathon which makes it harder to even get time to attend some of your personal needs. E.g assignments as I am studying part time.
