Good wiring, maintanance , fault finding , cabling skills

I was able to learn more extensinve on star delta and direct online starters of mottors , testing and maintenance schedules and preparations . Good communication and safety practice work .

Great learning curve

RDI is a great place to start your career, great team support, learning different cultures and people from different backgrounds, I have learnt a lot thus far which includes other areas outside HR. I have learnt to be more patient, understanding and empathetic. Opportunities to progress are few and at times the feeling is that new blood can do the job better which can be frustrating. Micro-management and company culture are the most demoralizing.

Pros: Great work exposure
Cons: Company culture, no opportunity for growth
