Minimal progression

Started as a general worker to an operator in a space of a year i was trained as a supervisor and later became the best supervisor in the whole company comprising of nine branches. I also got involved with health and safety issues and had to train staff from time to time. The most challenging part the company had limited personal growth.

Pros: I enjoyed challenges and opportunities for growth
Cons: Long working hours
