JOCKEY POSITION

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS JOB IS THE FACT THAT I ONLY HAVE TO WORK FOR 30 TO 60 MINUTES A DAY DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF HANDLING UNITS DELIVERED AND I SPEND MUCH TIME ON THE ROAD WHICH GIVES ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE NEW PLACES AND DIFFERENT MALLS. I HAVE LEARNT TO BE INDEPENDENT,RELIABLE AND TO PAY FULL ATTENTION TO DETAILS. WHAT I FIND CHALLENGING IN THIS JOB IS WHEN THE STORES RECEIVING MANAGERS REPORT SOMETHING MISSING BECAUSE I GET INVESTIGATED AND IN MOST CASES YOU FIND OUT THAT IT WASN'T EVEN LOADED. I BECOME HAPPY WHEN THE STOCK IS DELIVERED WITHOUT DAMAGES AND REPORTS OF MISSING STOCK.

Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS

Good working enviroment

nothing is ever exciting about working here especially because i have been working for three years here but no one ever notices our loyalty towards the company instead people who are hired after you get promotions while you have more experience but still no promotion.

I'm good team player a hard worker who focus on what I do reach my company goal

Hi all I'm hard worker good team player. I'm good in leadership .im best on my job, I previously awarded big bonuses because I'm good on decreasing claim on wrong stock and damages. I took claims from 3.5m - less than 50k pm at imperial retail logistics.

Pros: I'm best on dealing with deadlines
Cons: I enjoy working under pressure and overtime

A opportunity to know the werehouse environment

Clock in is at 6h00 , morning meeting to discuss what the plan for the day is. From 6h15 to 8h00 its inventory management time. From 8h00 we start dispatching and receiving goods from and to other 3rd parties.
