Im approciable person willing to fullfil my goal
Basically in my previously company it help me to understand customer needs and important of the customer my challenges is to deal with moodly person but i lways remind my self that customer always right and deal with smile and enjoyed to work as team because i learn more my relationship with my co-worker is good because we challenges each other to make better for being sales

Get to work at national company
typical day start of managing , your time and what to do for any particular day, after morning meetings , it is constant replies of emails . stock must be checked on daily basis to ensure that stock levels is up to date . deliveries should be checked that is going to customers and to ensure deliveries go out on time . sales people have one on one time with manager to ensure they know what current specials , and promotions is . customer service should be continues through out the day to ensure they are happy with service they are receiving.
Pros: experience gained with working in big retail environment
Cons: no time for family , always working retail never stops

Good leadership skills and how to handle pressure. never panic
I worked on retailers for the past 18 years and on that 13 years on Store Manager for Russells/Joshua door and Pep Store.I'm a good leader and a hard worker, I work under pressure and play by example.

Excellent leadership hard working
I have been employed by Pepkor for more then 6 years., started as a sales consultant then promoted to financial consultant promoted to stock clerk, then General clerk which is a managers 2IC the finally promoted to being a branch manager. I am very dedicated and willing to learn more, I am a hard worker and always willing to go extra miles. I make sure that my sales report increases every month. U have a excellent customer relation. Customers are put first. I manage sales on a daily basis, stock availability, floor display, floor work including cleaning. Stock count, manages complain. Taking cash and doing all filing.

I have learnt a lot in this company
Tha company has been good to me . Ast the staff members we always get training every six months. My manager is always holding meeting with staff every Monday to check if the work is done the right way, and also to listen to the problems we are facing, or how to grow the business.
Pros: So many opportunities.

Excellent learning curve
I have learn to be patient with customers and to be careful with money and I must always balance at the of the day.and to work as a team with my coworkers and I enjoy most when my customers get satisfy.

For meeting store budget, deadlines, working under pressure discipline and able to deal with difficult customers. .Always listen to customers needs, cap store standards etc.

Excellent learning curve
I love working with people, I work hard and long hours.. When I see the looks on my customers faces it makes all the hard work and sales stress worthwhile. Your day is always full and you are always busy, always short staffed which makes doing your best so hard. I am thankful for having a job and I have been staying so long out of loyalty. But doing 3peoples jobs is super tiring and it ain't appreciated.
