Excellent Learning Curve
Always good working with different people, Learning a lot about different Cultures. I learnt more about staying calm all day long. I also appreciate working with people of all cultures and backgrounds and believe that my knowledge could bring a unique perspective and highly qualified approach to your organisation.

Receptionist
My typical work day, would be receiving Pension Queries, clients who are mainly lost and looking for a specific place, clients who are looking for a job, clients who are looking for donations, clients who have meeting in the building, clients who are here on Training for the day at our training facilities, clients who are coming for interviews ect……. The list goes on. I have a brilliant relationship with my co- workers as we work well as a team and we rely on each other to give a satisfactory service. I have learnt to be more patient while dealing with clients and also I have learnt to put my own personal worries aside once I’m in the office. I mostly enjoy spending time with my co-worker during lunch, as it is fun to be with them. Making sure the client is satisfied with our service because making the client understand on the procedures and Policies of how the company works can really be difficult sometimes, but for me that is the most challenging part.

Always ready for new challenge
Good Day After seeing the advert I told myself that I am the best candidate for the post.I love to work as a team and love new challenges and I really like computer as I worked with it for the past six years,I have learned a lot about how to wok under preasure to work with different culture aswell as services to client.I enjoy were there is always challenges and like to work with different people.

My job as a financial advisor its being self employed we work on commission sometime we work as a group but we focus on making target, its a very challenging job lot of competition and incentives.

I have learnt a lot and impowerd
working at Sanlam really enjoyed it though it was hectic and work under pressure everyday as there is a target to reach each day and dealing with clients queries and complains having to resolve them & good communication. most of all i have learnt patients and being a good listener and being a team player having to learn different characters and tolerance most of all feeling good after resolving a client's query and knowing that the client is happy.

Great sales experience
I had a great experience in sales and marketing. My whole year with the sanlam group was overwhelming and unforgettable. The manager there was very supportive and his mentoring skills were great. The challenging part of my job was having to sell the same products to the same group of people and convincing them to join your policy, this was also exciting at some times.
