generating my own leads it was so difficult even finding sources,but coming to commission it was so fantastic even going out on the team buildings it was so motivating,working environment was so friendly and,i have learned how to get my own sources.

Working a wonderful experience and explore.
I have worked with many companies and if I may say they were all a great stepping stone towards my dreams. I enjoyed meeting with clients in a professional way and also learned a lot about the company and the service they render. At Sanlam we all worked to please our customers and learnt that team work is everything before our positions. What was most challenging was saying NO to a client instead I always listened and ensured that their needs were met with a smile on my face. Another challenge was marking sure that everytime me and my senior colleague met the highest score before the deadline. Working with Sanlam showed me how to ask for second opinion if you are not certian instead of giving out incorrect information. Working with Sanlam has given me the chance to change the way I used to think happened in the cooperative world.

Career development
I would appreciate the opportunity to be part of your leading company. Due to the experience I have gathered from two leading banking institutions namely, Standard Bank and ABSA. The experience has enhanced my inter-personal relations and customer service skills. I work very well under pressure and able to acclimatize in every sector I engage with. I have ventured in an insurance sector as well, which I have proved to be a versatile and enthusiastic being because I am open to learning.

Great to learn and grow
typical work day would be to re-broke clients, up sell policies, grow the existing portfolio . deal with claims, customer debit orders. customer policy endorsements. source new business. customer retentions I have a clos relationship with co workers and learn for the life advisers I enjoy the most working with high net worth clients

Excellent learning curve
I have excellent administration skills. I also worked at a retail store so long hours are of effort and I need a change of industry I work in. Was given an opportunity to be an office Manager on my current job which is worked excellently. With experience in product knowledge, data capture, telephone skills setting appointments and working under a commission based industry

Good Work Experience
I have had a good working experience at Clear Road Blue Star Financial Advisory Services (Sanlam). Having to learn almost everything on my own, teaching my colleagues easy and new steps on how to process and capture data, all this has helped grow intellectually as well as practically.

Great learning opportunity
Sanlam is a great company to work for with great opportunities which are unfortunately limited to certain roles. There is a diverse culture, which allows us to work together. I enjoy working with different people and we learn from each other as colleagues. The biggest challenge within the organisation is communication as well as growth limitations for certain roles e.g. Personal Assistants. I have obtained great administrative skills such as handling the manager’s diary, scheduling appointments, compiling & submitting reports, travel arrangements as well as overall running of the office i.e. managing the budget, ordering of stationery and other ad hoc duties). My experience also includes but is not limited to recruitment (compiling employment contracts and termination contracts), event planning and management
