Great Organisation to work for, encourages growth and development.

Offers a great opportunity to grow and develop oneself. Also promotes a culture that is of a high standard and sustainability. As a big organisation, one is afforded an opportunity to learn and grow in various fields annd persue studies to help add value to the company as well as personally

Budget and time management, cost estimation, learning skills gap annalysis

Sasol is a great company to work for however in my current roll there is no more chance for growth. also the oppertunities for my kids will increase immencely when away from Secunda

Excellent learning experience and personal management skills development

I enjoy plant support and maintenance planning. Developing a 10 year plan with plant managers and technicians are what I thrive at. A typical work day for me is to assess single point of failures and address this into a plan to fix it or to design the solution my self.

Pros: Great learning experience and people management
Cons: Slow development into new positions
