A stepping stone in the right direction.
A typical work day is check my emails, assisting all staff members with any queries or issues and sort it out with relevant departments. Assisting the MD with admin duties, run the sales meetings or staff meetings and taking minutes. Ensure all staff members are happy and everything is working, provide training for those who are struggling. Schedule social media posts, handle newsletter process and provide input for new marketing or promotional ideas. Make sales and steer sales team in sales conversion rate. What I enjoy most is working in a team and developing staff members into the leaders that they are. The most challenging is juggling everything at the same time and not missing deadlines.

Learning curve and entry into the field I would like to work
- Assisting attorneys with contract drafting and research - Assisting MD with admin and other duties - Managing and training sales team - Training new staff on company policies (HR/Company manual/new employee sign up etc) - Social media management - Website content management (SEO) - Basic IT assistance to all staff (troubleshooting) - Compile monthly newsletter - New business development - Retain existing clients - Responsible for team building - Marketing and promotions - Company branding - Manage book club and all motivational contributions - Sponsor/events and function planner
