Fast learner, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, goal driven

A typical work day would be calling clients all day finidng out if they have received their package, if so, I would then proceed to activate their contract. If on any given day a certain duty needs to be attended and I would be asked to fill in, I would do so. There is data capturing involved, tracking of parcels, dealing with queries and some problem solving I would say. I enjoy trying to resolve an issue that a client may have because there's a challenge there for me and I take it on head strong but what I least enjoy is my actual work as I have repeat myself to over 60 clients a day to meet my target. I have no problem doing so, I just least enjoy it because there's no excitement in that part of my job. While doing my own work I also assist with call in clients which takes up some of my time and challenges me to get to my target.

Okay

Really bad company culture. The mangers dont really attempt to help ypu if you dont make sales. If you dont make sales you get treated badly but if you do make sales then youre the best. Growth is non existent commission structure is awful. Breaks are too short

Do what's best for you

it'd a nice place to learn but alot of people don't like to share the knowledge. They also pay below the belt and isn't even willing to have a conversation about money and your true worth. Basically over worked and under paid.

Pros: In some departments learning possibilities
Cons: Don't pay people their worth
