Beware of Snakes in suites
You can get lucky and end up in a very good team with good leadership and support and lots of opportunity to grow and be promoted. Other times you get into a team with lots of empty promises and if you dare ask questions you make yourself very unpopular. There are very good leaders that can help you grow and reach your potential, but there are also a lot of emotional immature managers that will try and keep you down because they feel threatened and they on a severe power trip.

Good learning
I was a cashier and also a packer, I was working under pressure sometimes, the relationship with my coworkers was a good relationship we were working as a team, I've learned a lot from the shop about customer service, how to treat a customer and also a till, I was enjoying to work there, the most challenging aspect was sometimes customers will be rude to you and you have to humble yourself because customer is always right.

Experience
Well I found it challenging during month ends because of the promotions that are taking place that particular days,but what challenge me most its my working place its minus 20 ℃ cold ,that makes me I'll every time . a relashionship with my coworkers its pretty good we work as a team and also communicate every time to avoid unessesary misunderstanding. I've leant alot in this particular time about retail mechandising ,until I reach that point of openning my own businesses, because I enjoy to be under the retail field.

Excellent
i have learn alot the time that i spent on shoprite now i know how to deal with customers ,time management it was fun how we worked i enjoyed it there and i have realised that not everything is about money sometimea you just have to be dedicated in what u do and do it with love

Exellent learning curve
To assist customer for what they come to buy as perishable assistant to meet their needs nd wants. And if we work with our customers in a good manner we will be able to meet our store main targets because without them the is no store. Teamwork always last forever at all times.my work to ensure customers go home with a peace and their hearts fulfilled at all times.

I good learner
Ok am a hard worker who is able perform tasks on time and ensure that all work is done accordingly, a good communicator withi the team and I have respect to others people and also have experience in in Microsoft Excel power point and time management

It's a great experience for someone who just had they first break but not for staying
It is nice to work there being with my colleagues and all but the challenging part is the rudeness of some customers . But I've learned a lot from the e.g customer service skills , problem solving skills .. I now know how to deal with such situations

It was good when i started working is no longer challenging
like I said long working hours little break and little opportunities for promotions and not rewarded for extra mile and end of the month is bad with limited staff it will be difficult to take breaks

Excessive experience
I have excessive experience in retail thanks to the company Im with now, I learned about diverse culture and different types of people. I'm a team player and can coach and train and also encourage staff. I'm honest and reliable, goal and detail oriented, customer and service oriented, hardworking and friendly. I want to travel less if I can get a position just nearby I'm willing to relocate.
