A starting point to get into the working system
starting on the second shift is hard as you end late and no overpay. developing relationships now. ladies are friendly. learnt how different the system is. managerial level is not very friendly. need to lead by example for the staff below them. not very good customer service

Learning curve
The work place requires a lot of commitment and hard work. meeting with diverse people having different kinds of needs and wants. its an ever busy work place and always under pressure to perform tasks, e.g. costumer service (having to help costumers with what they want or need, helping them get the best product needed, dealing with unsatisfied costumers, presenting the company label). you learn to interact and communicate with people very easily without a lot of effort which makes the work enjoyable. The most challenging aspect is having to deal with conflict between fellow employees. this makes the work place become psychologically challenging.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth and experience

Good Learning curve
We always work under pressure in a sense that sometimes is unnecessary to do soo,but relationship among workers is good just there and there because some managers can not manage peaple but what i enjoy the most is that i got opportunities to learn more about all the departments and experiences The challenge we work more than our pay

Excellent
It was a safe working condition and have a good salary for employees ... bai and good communication with col co employees.and what i have learnt is that you should listen to others when they talk to you and the most enjoyable moments is the chats with the manager and the supervisor

Good communication
good relationship, able to work under pressure,most dedicated person, person you can work with, interpersonal,good characteristics, fast learner, good communicator, hard worker, want to learn more, i've learn that even if you don't know you must learn it, i enjoy seeing my collegues working hard where's they are busy laughing,
Pros: if i can be given the oppurtunity i will make sure i do all the work that is needed
Cons: if they say i must start i would apppreciate if they give me 8-9 hours then i can even allow overtimes
