Hard work is the name of game
The Shoprite industry is a tough one not everyone can survive here you must be willing to work hard and work long hours. This industry is also very fast so you need to be actively involve and interacting with your people to succeed. The one difficult part is the culture in Shoprite and stigma that hangs over the company, this is where you need to change the mind set of people to develop them as better and good workers .

It was great pleasure to work with the company and the managers there ii really appreciate the time I spend with the skills they teach me for are little I being with them but it right time for to look for another challenge n better opportunities for my children future as I'm groin every single day

I am a fast learner and i can work well independently and also in groups.
Through Shoprite I gained alot of experience. I went as a retail student, where I was trained in all departments. Now I'm currently working at Shoprite. Shoprite has many workers, it learned to work in groups and also how to be productive individually. It has been a wonderful experience. I am applying for a this post as I wont to grow and also gain more experience.

Excellent administrative skills
It very nice to work in my company, I'm excelling in the following skills, customers relation skills, friendly, paying attention to details, numerical skills and I enjoy working with people and the most challenging part is industrial relations (descplinary enquiries)

Excellent learning curve
I am now working as a foundation phase facilitator at magalelagase primary school and also did work Readiness and educational teaching courses and finished them. With the experience I have gained I can say I'm the best employee.

A typical work day
i work with shift,firstly when i nock i sign after, i take load from my supervisor then i go to the tealer then i start to work. when working with my colegues i enjoy but i love my work as i work,but i want work with health because i ve been worked with patient for long tme,and i have exprience and have gulification,i want face new challenges from different places.i learn how to work with different people and to understand different people.i enjoy to learn from each others,the challenge is i work small hours because the more i work small hours is the more i getting low salariers

Meet new people and put customers before you
Its is good to work with this company. Yiu always meet we customers and deferent types of peole.You learn how to handle deffernt situation with different people. Co-workers are good

Excellent learning curve
Great management skills of a large FMCG company. Working in the retail industry is my passion. I also think that i can be of great value to the company. I also helped started up a new DC to where wr moved to.
