I have learned a lot gained lots of expiernce..every day is a busy and hectic day...i have a good relationship with all my colleagues and a good understanding with management.I start my day with setting everything out for the day....Everyday is a like a new challenge.. New things coming up everyday meeting and seeing different people....everyday is very hectic and very busy.....doing invoices answering phones assisting to suppliers.. .The most challenging thing about my job is not knowing wot is going to happen,and how hectic the day gonna be.....For the 14 years I've worked at NY workplace, I've worked all over the store.... I need new a challenge...as I have gained lots of expiernce....
Pros: I'm always up for a new challenge.. To learn more things and gain more experience...
Cons: Long working hours and not raking lunch or tea breaks most of the time

To me shoprite is a great place to be at, great learning curves.
Shoprtie, as big like it is now, biggest supermarket, to work there is one of the best thing to achieve there, they train a person to be a real soldier, have a good relationship and makes me to deals with any problems that im facing inside the organizations nicely and for the best of the company. Working over hours get into me and not a problem because it a retail culture.

Excellent learning curve
As a cashier for ShopRite actonville I felt exploited as an individual who works hard. I managed to maintain my title as cashier of the month for 9 months but I was only rewarded once. There was never any gratitude from my managers or a promise for a promotion for this achievement and the salary was very low. Eventually I had to resign.

Self driven person
I'm highly motivated person, used to work under pressure and good customer service and also used to work flexible hours. I'm also easily adaptable keen to learn what I don't know and I can also avail myself to any position that a company can offer. I'm very good on what I do because I do my job with passion . I'll be glad if a company can give me a chance to join the team. Thank you.

Good on customer service and communication skills
At work the more specifically thing i like is to communicate with customers,, because customers came first,, and is the only people that make more money for our company they are so supportive,even if they try to ruin up my day i don't allow that to me,

Hard worker
I do manage pressure..and good in team working skills and fast and active ,we daily do merchandising the whole shop.and stock movement, i learned to treat customer in a good maner and politely with respect ,i enjoy doing gap scan and stock report at sales

Excellent learning skills
Every day at work is annoying... The bosses is not friendly the co workers is not working together as a team instead they backstabbing eachother for positions... And improvement lever is low growth is scares... There is no benefits in the company
