Excellent working experience
Working at shoprite is not as easy as it looks. Its for the go getter hard working and hungry to learn more about customer service and selling of products. We work hard to maintain the company's objectives.,each week we work different hours our hours are not stable due to some weeks are not busy therefore sales drops but we strive very hard to make an estimated profit of the company as whole. We work we sweat and get paid little most of the times.

Great learning opportunity
What I like working at shoprite is meeting different customers and different people and the staff am working with we have a good working communication the difficulties I face is that I can't manage people or discipline them

Great lerning curve
Under pressure was the most important part I enjoyed I learn a lot from that how to handle a customer and be satisfied handling the store alone was the worse part cause I couldn't dived my self in other department to resolve the issue that has accord

Excellent learning period
I enjoy the work very much since it is all about driving and that's what I believe I am born for. My interaction with colleges is always amazing,all about work,I really enjoy being around them since I have good interpersonal relations. I also enjoy working overtime because I am doing something that is in my veins. Climbing of the track after work always feels like saying goodbye to my world for the whole night until the next working day. Even though I enjoy the work,the salary is not enough to make me a good living. I only pay the room and buy food for the month with it,and then its done. There is no progress I'm my life,I'm just working for today,there is no future.

It is not a 8-5 job, it is a retail.
It is not a 8-5 job, it is a retail career. Relationships build at Shoprite will be defined as wil stop with anything to help each other out. The most challenging parts were to adapt to the everyday life changes in the retail market and customer need.
Pros: The knowledge around and throughout the whole company and logistics is a good learning area.

Customer service
*What i liked working in my company is finding solutions of the Customer on behalf of the choice of proucts that he or she does not understand. *treating the Customer with good pride in the workplace. *being friendly and polite to the customer in all time despite and liiving out my personal matter at home *to make sure that my that my prouct or stock in my department has not expired ,if so remove the stock an replace it with a new date. *building a relationship with my collegues in the workplace and working as a team *accept the matter of the customer about the particular product that she might not guarantee where ever assisting him or her with the right choice of product. *in every time keeping the company clean and hygienic everyday . *layout complaines about shrikage or stock loss *record sales which we come across especially in the busy days and specific date.

Costumer service
My work is the busiest, as there r always costumers needing attention. Packing of stock, checking of PI labels, ordering stock, checking of outdated and expired stock.
Pros: Learning to work as a team, learning to work under pressure and excelling,

I enjoyed working on a crowd sharing ideas and interacting
I am a fast learn,and a hard worker I enjoying working with a team and in busy environment,what I really enjoy the most is meeting different people everyday with different views.
