Excellent learning curve

A typical work day includes extensive traveling in and around Gauteng. Time is a great challenge and there are simply too much to do in a day. Staff relationships are important to build but needs to remain professional. I have learnt so much over the past year and believe im ready for further growth

Exciting

M hard worker who is determined to finish what I started. I striving to do things right the first time. I believe in growth as person i am learning on daily basis and that is preparing me to be a better person and take the right attributes that I have learned anid use them to grow others.

I ts a nice work place,working under pressure.There's lot of work ,you must be a fast learner and be determined of what you are doing.Be a hard worker,trustworthy and a reliable person.

Bad learning curve

Working at Shoprite is very challenging as well as stressful, because we work many hours without enough pay, they dont pay over time and when you ask why? they tell you are doing the company a favour as if you have a choice, we rate R16 an hour which is way too small according to the normal wage. The Management is condescending, they treat us like young kids.

Pros: very less chances for promotion

Excellent way to deal with pressure

I Ejoyed working for big company like shoprite was a fresh food manager taking instruction from 4 regionals and a branch. i plan productions work with teams to produce manage schedules and hours control finaces for expenses. sales target counting.

I love working with people and working long hours

I work as a general worker at Shoprite. I am a good team player and that’s why my co-workers love to work with me a lot. Throughout my working days I’ve learned that working with people requires patience and perseverance. I enjoyed making friends with my co-workers. The most challenging thing is to work with stubborn customers. It is not easy to with people that have fluctuating moods.

Pros: I’m a hard worker, I work under pressure, I respect time.
Cons: I need working breaks.

Hard working

• CO-OPERATION I’m openly to work with different kinds of people, work under pressure, willing to listen some ideas and advises from co-workers and other departments to building up a business, company or organization to be profitability. I love face to face debate to learn something new (creative thinking) to avoid the mistakes or conflict in the premises. I am a hard worker

Good on customer service and communication skills

At work the more specifically thing i like is to communicate with customers,, because customers came first,, and is the only people that make more money for our company they are so supportive,even if they try to ruin up my day i don't allow that to me,
