Excellent communication

It was a nice work , I was capturing how much stock was brought every hour. Working with co-workers to solve problems around me ask for help when I'm not able to solve the problems, I learnt that people must work together like a well oiled machine and respect amongst co-workers is crucial. I enjoyed time management for my work place and make sure that everything is accurate, complaining co-workers on things they are responsible for themselves.

Worked side by side as equals,Honesty,empathy and mutual respect

It's a very challenging work environment. Especially during month end. Staff members are very much disciplined I like the collaboration and the and Iand I want to always be be yourself I enjoyed the incentives receive d and when coing to bonuses

Pros: Individual perfomance resulting in profitability of the company
Cons: 6.00 a.m to 17pm shift weekdays and 6.00 a.m to 20.00pm on Sundays

Excellent learning curve

Good to start at the bottom and working yourself to the top ranks the best part was to lead the staff and also taking part in wat they are doing being hands on I learned alot how to drive promotions and carry out good customer service

In shoprite I have earned lot off experience and how to deal with customers without any fight or arguments... Also to pay full attention to your work also not to take your personal issues to work

Shoprite able to work underpressure

I work with different people each and everyday I can approach customers in a mannered way . I can approach customers The relarionship between me and my co worker is fair and good it creats a healthy good relationships in the work place on a day to day basis. I've learned how to treat people I enjoy packing stock writting returns and damages manage my stock The pressure is that when we have many damages nd and eapired including returns if the stock is not selling well ots a challenge

It was great pleasure to work with the company and the managers there ii really appreciate the time I spend with the skills they teach me for are little I being with them but it right time for to look for another challenge n better opportunities for my children future as I'm groin every single day

Gaining experience

cashier and floor from 8 am to 18 pm working hard but it give me more experience with time maneging and it can put something on my table just not enough
