Toxi work environment
.the company itself is great to work for, the culture of senior management and regionals is the issue no culture instilled in them, work slaves with extremely long working hours upto 15 hours a day sometimes

Excellent learning curve
Lots of experience e.g I'm a stock admin but I know managers work, I was trained at receiving, cash office ,I'm a customer service champion I do spot checks, capture invoices, adjust stock ledger. Help cash office clerks during cash up time.

Good work
I was working very hard so that i may take the company to the next level,i was working with good people a passionate workers who want to fullfil there dream knowing that they are here to work not to play,supporting workers who understand the problems and situation of other workers and custemers,i have learnt many thinks like how to treat people with respect also skill of how to run a company and now i have better expireance up to so fat.i met many challenges so that makes me stronger i learned to face any challenges that came across the campany.

I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO ROTATE STOCK, HOW TO OFF LOAD DC, HOW TO CREATE A SPACE FOR UP COMING DC. THE RELATION WITH MY CO-WORKERS IT WAS FANTASTIC BECAUSE WE SHARING IDEAS AND PERSEVERANCE TO EACH OTHER IT WAS THE MOST THING THAT BOND US.

Learning curve
Working with different characters is very difficult but I was enjoying it and made me think out of the box. Sometimes employees would not follow safety procedures which made my day hard.

Good management skills
on day to day basis inspection is to be done of which helps you plan for your day on what you will be doing and how ypou will achieve your drafted plans fro the located mistakes you have witnessed.my employees do follow my lead in what i do want and what i dont want as they are also dedicated in their work and achieving the target of the day,this has made me realis that it is not only your salary that matters but how you also view yourself in the overall work rate and achievment the you have made in this work placement.the challenges i face on a day day basis is that of generating salaries to all staff members of which you also know that they will come with their complains of the money shortages that they had recieved while they also forget of the absentism they have made through the month
