Learned to deal with customer service

Dealing with customers everyday the challenge and dealing with money taught me many things. It was nice though because it gives u strength. I enjoy working with people because the more people are around u become to know more any experience many things.

Good communication

i have work at at shoprite makhado and makhado municipality as a clerk. my relationship with my manager is very good , i have learn a lot because now i know how to write minutes, good communication skills, customer skills, people person skill, ability to understand things better, filling skills and ability to answer a telephone.i was enjoyed helping customer with queries and attending meeting with management. i have work 3 year at makhado and from now i don't have any challenge.

Fast learner excellent learner

I respect my job make sure that customer leave shop happy because I help them with respect and give them all attention they need.To deal with people it's hard if you don't know how to keep them calm when you work for retail always customer is right you have to treat them equal n with respect they wil make you enjoy your work,but the are those who are very difficult who want special treatment for duty as employees we must make sure we ar always calm while talking to them not to back chat with them .I really enjoy to work with people because make me realize how I can handle challenging situation .

Am a quick learner

I am a hard worker who prioritise his work duties. I love working with people. To me cooperation is something that can make the company to be more successful. I like to hear what other people say or advise how to solve a problem rather than ignoring their views.

Importance of customer service, team work and communication skills,

retail need a person whom can work under pressure and able to adapt . customer service is must in retail the relating within the business from the employee to the management must be of the same goal of achieving the goal of the company(profit). through giving necessary skills and support towards the customer handling of employees , its critical that we keep the relationship close with potential and regular customers. product availability and ordering sufficient stock for customers build a strong relationship with customers. shrinkage is a problem in retails, teaching and having means to combat shrinkage within the store is a major boost in achieving the company goal.receing and correct capturing of the incoming and outgoing stock is one way of combating shrinkage and correcting the ledger. cleanliness of the store and employees create an atmosphere within the company .

My job is very critical you have to be more carefully,kind and friendly to customers u have to be in an understanding position all the time.. Give a smlile n make sure that your customers leave the shop impressed

Work day some times overtime,have a relationship with my colleague,Team work,good communication

Work Monday to Friday Good communication team work I have learnt how to clean, how to pack ,how to work with others Artisan We were working everyday ther there was only two days o ogg once a months
