Hard worker and problem solver, team player
Hectic working days but we work as a team to achieve I hve learnt to avoid all conflicts of interest within the company and avoid bias I have enjoyed working even though it's hard the challenging part is to re count during the audit sessions

Excellent baker
The Store consists of +-200 employees and everyone is friend,we work as a team and always helps each other when needed. I've learnt a lot since I started working here , I know a lot about all the departments that the store have and I've worked in all of them but I loved the bakery department because I love baking and cooking and I'm a creative person so bakery gives me a chance of showcasing I'm creativity. The most challenging aspect of the department is when we supposed to produce all the needed items in the bakery,so we end up having pressure but we do it .
Pros: A lot of opportunities if working hard
Cons: Wages is not that good for the job we do

We learn to deal with complicated customers.
I am ready to learn more about marketing as a whole and this will be a great opportunity to learn more about digital marketing. I would like to be apart of something that challenges the mind and improve my views of how technology can make a difference in someone company by means of improving the images of companies. I would be grateful to be chosen to learn about digital marketing in terms practical use. I have been waiting for an opportunity to learn more about marketing in detail to someday be the best that i can be in the field in general. I believe that i am more mature to deal with stressful situations and more patient when dealing with certain situation. With age comes certain more responsibility to make your dream a reality and to do what is expected of you, at times what you expect of yourself.

Toxi work environment
.the company itself is great to work for, the culture of senior management and regionals is the issue no culture instilled in them, work slaves with extremely long working hours upto 15 hours a day sometimes

Good management skills
on day to day basis inspection is to be done of which helps you plan for your day on what you will be doing and how ypou will achieve your drafted plans fro the located mistakes you have witnessed.my employees do follow my lead in what i do want and what i dont want as they are also dedicated in their work and achieving the target of the day,this has made me realis that it is not only your salary that matters but how you also view yourself in the overall work rate and achievment the you have made in this work placement.the challenges i face on a day day basis is that of generating salaries to all staff members of which you also know that they will come with their complains of the money shortages that they had recieved while they also forget of the absentism they have made through the month

Good Learning curve
We always work under pressure in a sense that sometimes is unnecessary to do soo,but relationship among workers is good just there and there because some managers can not manage peaple but what i enjoy the most is that i got opportunities to learn more about all the departments and experiences The challenge we work more than our pay
