I'm excellent working with staff and dedicating
Why did I leave Shoprite because of the long hours and it did not pay the overtime me as a stock administrator which has it department to run I was put in a position where I was not getting any staff so I had to run the whole department myself I did that for 6 months and I approached the branch manager will has the HR to get more stuff so I can train but was not done so now I am I looking for a better opportunity

Excellent working with different people
Working with Checkers Hypers Hypers have given me a lot to learn. Enjoyed dealing with my staff in different departments Dealing with suppliers Dealing promoters Dealing with the banks Staff training Enjoyed customers who came back to.me to tell me of my excellent service or given to them by my staff. Challenging about the job was long hours and staying away from my family for long time

Excellent learning curve
Working for Shoprite was the most challenging and at the same time funny. Iam running the biggest store in our region worth 1920 sqm with more than 320 employees including permanents and parttime....with 4 Assistant Managers and 1 junior manger and 5 trainees. Running a R180m turnover store wasn't easy but with good communication and descipline between manahent and stuff made it a huge success. We had one aim or sloggan in our company or store that "no customer may leave our store unhappy", we must always go an extra mile to please our customers as they are the ones who's paying us.
Pros: Always have something new to learn daily

Excellent administration manager
I am a very hard worker and I enjoy to work with people.I do have a very good problem solving skill,good customers service.I m willing to work under pressure,overtime,etc.I will be happy if I receive your call .thanks

Hardworking
Working in a big campany has teach me alot such as dealing with difficult customer and working long hours And ihave also able to manage overtime And iam ahardworking and fast leaner and willing to work underpressure Ihope my cv will be noticed

Normal learning curve
at shoprite their are opportunities but only for the out sides . its very rare for an employer to get a promotion or a post of trainee and for that u will remain a G.A for the rest of your life

Fast learner excellent learner
I respect my job make sure that customer leave shop happy because I help them with respect and give them all attention they need.To deal with people it's hard if you don't know how to keep them calm when you work for retail always customer is right you have to treat them equal n with respect they wil make you enjoy your work,but the are those who are very difficult who want special treatment for duty as employees we must make sure we ar always calm while talking to them not to back chat with them .I really enjoy to work with people because make me realize how I can handle challenging situation .
