I used to work front admin manager at Shoprite where my duties was to make sure that cash bank always balance (short and overs) shrinkage of the store to be less than 1% as the company standard requires.manage stock stake from binning to counting to achieve better result.making sure there is 100% health and safety in the store by giving training to the staff. And a had good relationship with the staff by being fair and firm to everyone. I learned most on how to discipline and coach the staff member who act like not belonging to the company.the most challenging part it was whereby you find that the store or float is short by a certain amount of money and investigation took long to find the reason of short.

Learning opportunities
excellent learning opportunity, time management skills, management skills , learning patience nd the ability to empower staff and instill knowledge. working as a team, creating new ideas. working under pressure and reaching targets is the most fulfilling, being able to assist customers and seeing them leave the store satisfied is rewarding.

What I have to offer and have learnt.
To whom it may concern The vacant your company has advertised attracted my attention. Please consider me for the position I plead you to give me the opportunity to bring value to the company, to learn more and grow. I am very eager to expand my possibilities and opportunities presented to me as a professional. A major strength that I would bring to the company is from my successful experience as a Shoprite trainee manager to being a back admin manager. With strong communication skill, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and management skills. I also present to you a strong background in education gained from the diploma in Retail Business Management and my current studies in pursuing Btech in Business administration. I strongly believe that two is better than one and by adding me in your team, better things shall follow.
Pros: Learning all the departments in the store. Depending on the time that I report to the store, which ever manager is not there I must make sure that his or her department is running smoothly.Meaning I must understand everyone's job at the end of the day.

Excellent learning curve
It was a nice experience in the Business Operations on the management level. Get to see and experience the Market forces and align yourself with them and measure oneself. Good business practices and a great opportunity and the support system is marvellous. Got to set and brake Records in the store which left good foot print and competitiveness as a Sales Manager. Got to engage with customers and share their experience and get feedback from their shopping experience as well as answer their concerns which was great.

Learning curves
I'm an employee at one of the Shoprite branches, the largest retail company in the country, I work 35 hours a week. It is a entry level job, I also work during holidays depending on my schedule. I do enjoy working their and I have learned a lot during my 2 year experience their. I know understand how retail stores operate and they manage fast moving consumer goods. The difficulties of working at shoprite, is that it get too busy during a specific days, mainly at the end of the month. Not all days are the same.

Self driven person
I'm highly motivated person, used to work under pressure and good customer service and also used to work flexible hours. I'm also easily adaptable keen to learn what I don't know and I can also avail myself to any position that a company can offer. I'm very good on what I do because I do my job with passion . I'll be glad if a company can give me a chance to join the team. Thank you.
