I have the ability to prioritise I am a fast learner I work well under pressure I work in a team, we get along very well. We have a good working relationship with my team I enjoy working with clients, I do have a personal relationship with most clients I work mostly with deadlines. The challenges we face is when client send last minute applications to be filed on that day. It's the final deadline on the day and we have planned our day already, now this last minute application is disturbing our schedule. We have to go through every application to reschedule a few in order for the last minute application to get priority.
Pros: A have a Paralegal diploma, I see myself in an office working hand in hand with an Not Attorneys.
Cons: Not taking my lunch at all as we have an urgent matter to attend to. I start to work at 8 in the morning without break and by 1 o'clock the mind needs to rest a bit. If I have to work throughout my lunch, I do it.

Good learning curve for the individual work as well as team work,
I check my outlook and reply to my emails. Then I work through my daily schedule. I am in-charge of one of the most sensitive sectors of the firm. I receive documents from the government department and have to make sure that they are accurate and correct. This is the most challenging aspect because every case is different and the procedures are never the same. I am the only person in the whole firm who has worked/is working with the new system and i am loving it. I enjoy finding out new solutions and being able to crack the puzzle. One of the good things is our team, we have one of the best teams in the firm because we work well together and apart from the work we get along. I have learnt the importance of accurately going through every detail of a document and delivering results on time based on both the clients and the Attorneys expectations. I have enjoyed every challenge, every opportunity this role has presented to me as it has groomed me to be the hard worker that i am.
Pros: Keeps you on your toes, excellent working relationship with my colleagues, punctually and accuracy
Cons: We experience an influx of work and we need to make sure that nothing falls behind, we have to keep client happy and not show the difficulty we face working with the government department as 60% of the documents issued are incorrect and we need to return them for correction and receiving them back can be a length process.

Cons: It is a 5-9 company. They give their employees 1 free afternoon off per month

Good numerical skills
I like working together as a team. Sharing the ideas of how are we going to handle our daily jobs. I have learned that each and every day I must work hard to that my company can move from one place to other. One of the most important is to be appreciated by the boss when you did something big so that I can be in courage to do the best all the time.
Pros: Great opportunity of learning more
Cons: normal hours
