Providing excellent service in processing good quality food to clients.

As a sous chef working on the kitchen, involving a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice. As a sous chef I needed to effectively discipline under-performing staff members, as well as provide incentives for staff members to go above and beyond the expectations of their particular chef roles. Outside of the kitchen, as a sous chef I was responsible for staff scheduling and, depending on the establishment, may even have a hand in apprenticeship development schemes as well. A large portion of a sous chef’s duties, however, administrative, sometimes taking up to a quarter of his or her work hours.Essentially, as a sous chef, I was responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen and show my responsible duties in sharing work with other workers as a team.

Pros: Teamwork and dedicated duties and responsibilities.
Cons: I've worked overtimes and challenging shifts , because of my passion for cooking. I treat my overtime as if i'm home.

Working for major catering industries.

Encouraging and motivating others Providing advisory support Preparing others for, and supporting them through life changes Understanding of human issues I'm computer literate .

Pros: Highly passionate and motivated, with developing cooking skills and increasing my work rate than before and also helping out in general in all departments, specially smart work and being a team player.
Cons: I've worked overtimes and challenging shifts , because of my passion for cooking. I treat my overtime as if i'm home.

Excellent learning curve

I have consistently exceeded all goals set for me, and am valued for my hard work, reliability, tenacity and ability to come up with solutions to problems. My core strengths include, but are not limited to the following:  Creating tasty, exciting and well presented dishes.  Having the experience, enthusiasm and desire to make a real difference.  Maximising customer satisfaction by catering to their specific needs.
