Good working hours get paid for overtime. Nice to work as team I enjoyed incentive sometimes free lunch or gift card for shopping the most challenging is to make your target we work hard for that

Cons: If U get sick for 2 days not coming to work you do not getting your incentive

Experience working in a call center

It's a good company to gain experience from because of the training they provide in debt collection, the only challenge faced was that of getting incentives you deserve based on your performance sometimes you don't get the incentive you sre entitled to and the communication is poor once you start working at the floor of you don't find ways to go about things you Wil suffer with no one to help you on how to get there. So team work is not that effective since everyone is looking out for themselves and safety of their jobs

Pros: Good for gaining experience
Cons: Abnormal hours less rate
