Good place to gain experience

enjoyed working with the team ang the management it was a great learning experience gained skills i feell will help me going a typical day included motivational session in the morng team meetimg and target driven goals set out for the day

Pro and con

No working on weekend, the disadvantage was that the lunch time was little, more overtime during the week,lots of favouritism.i learned to work as a team to reach target,I also learn to work under pressure
