- Pressurized environment - Well Established and maintained relationship - I enjoy my work and the events co ordinations - having to be around my boss on his "off" day is the most challenging aspect of my Job, other than that I really enjoy my job with all of the stress and pressure i am under.

They don't take care of there staff
Customer service Replenishment Friendly and to the point That not all retailers are the same. They all work differently Meeting new people every day Doing 2 to 3 jobs and not getting paid for the work u do

Customers service most and help customers on the floor
Good company was working with but they don't let you to grow I learnt a lot in a company and its like family to me, cause relationships I have with workers is great and we work as team # team canal walk Cellphone department also helped to grow and learn cause technology stuff is what used most these days, and I'm better in it

Life experience
Building a successful career, from being a casual to a Snr manager has given me the experience and understanding of the complete process and balance between leadership, service and results. I was very privileged to have had such exciting career at a very young age. Little did I know how much I still had to learn. Building my own brand,designing my own product, taking it to market and offering a very unique service has been the most humbling experience out of all but also the most rewarding.Combing corporate and entrepreneurial experience is very complete and whole and has a lot in offering.

Very vibey an wonderful co workers an everyday I get to learn knew prospects that make Markham what it is to day from a marketing, sales, visual and customer service espect.

Fantastic company
I have been with Foschini for more than 20 years.I have broken service and soon found out that the grass is not always greener on the other side.A typical work day would be having my early morning meeting to discuss turnover,promotions.....all KPI'S.Staff will grab a cup of coffee and join in the chat.I have a good working relationship with all staff.We are a family.I have been working with them for just over six years and it's the same staff that's still around.Hard working extremely committed team.My learning experience was great over the years.Had the opportunity to develop staff that is currently in management.I have learnt to be a leader of self.What I enjoy most of my job is interacting with my team and customers.Most challenging aspect about my job is driving New accounts and getting that fresh blood into the business

Great learning curve
Always there to do my best in my job Love working with customers I am a fast learner I can work under press Towards deadlines I am always motivated Love challenges. I have a great relationship with my co-works I enjoy working with customers Everyday there is something new to learn Know how to interact with customer complains it can be challenging and I am very flexible towards my working hours.

Excellent
I love my job, we deal with different queries every day. We deal with customers who have a data and Sim only contract. Every day is challenging because you do not know what the customers will be calling in for. I'm also a part of the team that assist with Complaints logged true Reputation Management and Hello Peter.

Excellent learning curve
Enjoyed working there, learnt a lot. Would like to experience a different kind of challenge. I wouldn’t have left for any other reason other than I wanted to study full time. I enjoyed working with people, taking on the challenges and problem solving. The culture was great and management was lovely, always helpful and very supportive. Tfg provides good training and all the tools I needed to do my job. I hope to work for a company as good as tfg again.

Fast learner
I am friendly indivudual who is dedicated as well adapting easily to a change and a hard worker. I am currently working as a credit validator agent at Tfg we dealing with matching bankstatements customer documents such as payslips and id docs after matching proccess we then validate how much credit customer qualifies for using the microsoft tool, we also do employment confirmation
Pros: looking for growth in a company
