Excellent learning curve

TFG is a great company and has a lot of great growth, it has given great exposure and support. They have a great system that covers their employees to be Happy at work. They are employee obsessed and puts their employees safety First. They pay well and have great benefits as well. No hard work goes unnoticed and there's fairness in the company.

Working for TFG was a great learning curve as to how to get to know people, and leant people skills

Working for TFG is challenging, you have to be on point with the last Trent's. Your product knowledge have to be on point. You always have to be able to answer customers questions, your customer service have to be excellent. You must be a team player.Your must be able to think on your feet.Your customer services must be of very high standard

Pros: Your get to learn how to work and assist all types of people
Cons: You do not have a family life, if in management you have no life

Good working environment

Work place is well organized and very formative, Dealing with sales communicating on a daily basis with customers but one of the hardest things about the work is that it was compliment to make sales and reach target but what I learnt that the call Centre environment is a fast adapting place and working on UAD was a very productive experience. good to wokt in a environment that is providing towards your

Excellent

I was doing housekeeping and assist the customers in the floor and do admin and cashup when the cashier close the till,I was watching the shop when the Manager is not around and I responsible to do Pettycash when m in charge and looking for Admin MD checking resipt that anything is in order.Also i was in charge for cellphone consultant and counting everyday to ensure is the same in the system. m a hard worker person.

Communication skills

By it is very nice working at TFG there is no pressure even though you have to work hard to reach your daily and monthly target it is very ni. As an agent I also experience that it very important to work as a term to reach a certain goal. The company also gives a lot of opportunities to work and learning platforms towards its employees. This made me strong when it comes to creative thinking skills and making sure that I follow all the company's oders ce.

Team work,advising clients on how best they can handle their accounts

Working at TFG is a great experience.we are in collections department whereby we assist clients on how best they can handle their accounts,we work as a team.i have learnt to work in a team and how to keep calm in frustrating situations.i enjoy getting up help each other meet our targets.in a call centre you move around alot and that for that i have learnt to adabt to change and be able to work under pressure.we work long hours sometimes to push up our performance and get incentives and bring more money for the company.i had less experience when i joined the company and over the years i have seen growth and now i can solve most of the customers quiries .it's a friendly environment where by you meet new people and learn different cultures and different languages

Pros: For me,I don't see growth within the company
Cons: We work long hours sometimes 11hour shift but at the end it pays off

Tfg had courses that grow their employees in order to to know more about the company and to get promotions through the company. As I have learned a lot from the company and got promoted I enjoyed working at tfg because I never problems though with my co workers. I made sure I trained them and we had EMT every day to have a lib day always

Pros: I was signed as a flexible worker after 2 weeks I got promoted to permanent position after 2years got promoted to store manager
Cons: I used to work long hours more especially if we did not reach our weekly plan or during month end

Excellent learning,

Rtnormal working hours, relationship with my co worker was so excellent, I learn more like doing administration work, I enjoyed merchandise most like doing promotion flat pecking,most challenging is to know how to deal with customers emotional

Hard worker pays

Enjoy working with my co workers and have learned alot of things from tfg how to be humble and also how to be goal oriented and also going extra mile for the customer and also learning from others within the company
