By it is very nice working at TFG there is no pressure even though you have to work hard to reach your daily and monthly target it is very ni. As an agent I also experience that it very important to work as a term to reach a certain goal. The company also gives a lot of opportunities to work and learning platforms towards its employees. This made me strong when it comes to creative thinking skills and making sure that I follow all the company's oders ce.

Excellent, and well appreciated learning curve
For me personally it was a great learning curve, it's just that employees are not valued enough, they are not appreciated, but I am grateful for the opportunity I was offorded to get work experience.

Driven experience and highly motivated
Working at my company gave me a new experience on customer service and I am very interested in the opportunity given to me and most to work with best team the only thing need to improve is the call center agent that not doing their work on on time and delay onqqiving feedback to staff as HR connect however lost work information we find suitable but to assist staff in building their careers so they can become better person inlife

Good orpotunity to grow and learn how to deal with people.
Great opportunity to learn and groom others to grow and mentor them trough their career in the business and better myself as a leader. Having the chance to meet new people whiles while broadening my knowledge, and having the greatest opportunity to work with some great people.

Growth and multiple skills learnt
I work with Electronic payment queries. We allocated missing payments by tracing them using pops. We reconcile accounts, resolve queries, check bank reports and emails.

It was excellent, because I've explore my potential and experience
Itthats company was like my second home I've experienced alot in that company like I know how to work under pressure with team work,how to solve a problem with customers,how to sell ,how to convince a customer how to handle pressure on a daily basis.i came to work at TFG without any experience I can say now that it taught me alit I know I can work as merchandiser, cashier, administrator and sales representative I see myself the next five years time opening a big company for myself

Fast learner
I am friendly indivudual who is dedicated as well adapting easily to a change and a hard worker. I am currently working as a credit validator agent at Tfg we dealing with matching bankstatements customer documents such as payslips and id docs after matching proccess we then validate how much credit customer qualifies for using the microsoft tool, we also do employment confirmation

Good working environment
Working for my past employer has been a really good journey for me since it provided me with certain skills such as customer service and internal communication skills with the sfaff members to promote team strength and ensuring that company goals and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively in an ethical manner

Strong learning materials
Jha is a good company with a lot opportunities on upcoming workers for the company. I wish i can work for the company the rest of my life but i have to see another opportunities of my life. And give the upcoming the space to learn in the company like me. I had never problem with the company since i joined them in 2018.
Pros: Is the company which u can be given an opportunity to prove yourself and show other staff the experience you have with the company. As for me i learned a lot to this company reason is when i start to work with them last in 2018 i didnt know anything about point of sales. I appreciate the tfg group what they have done in my life they have played a big role in life. Now i write this reviews to knowing everything about the retail and everything you can think of.
