I was doing housekeeping and assist the customers in the floor and do admin and cashup when the cashier close the till,I was watching the shop when the Manager is not around and I responsible to do Pettycash when m in charge and looking for Admin MD checking resipt that anything is in order.Also i was in charge for cellphone consultant and counting everyday to ensure is the same in the system. m a hard worker person.

No work life balance
Promotion opportunities is few. Absolutely no work life balance. During leave or time off you would still be required to fulfill work duties. Currently deadlines are unreasonable. Work load and KPI's increases. Staff turn around is the highest it's ever been.

Good working environment
Work place is well organized and very formative, Dealing with sales communicating on a daily basis with customers but one of the hardest things about the work is that it was compliment to make sales and reach target but what I learnt that the call Centre environment is a fast adapting place and working on UAD was a very productive experience. good to wokt in a environment that is providing towards your

Hard and long hours enjoy learning new things everyday
Enjoy every moment of my life. Standing up to go work is an adventure to me. It gets tough but I don't look at the negative things I always look on the. Bright side of things

Excellent learning curve
It's an OK place to work at, at least one has a job Good environment Long hours and weekends but also great energy and a demanding job Just people at under paid in retail

Growth and multiple skills learnt
I work with Electronic payment queries. We allocated missing payments by tracing them using pops. We reconcile accounts, resolve queries, check bank reports and emails.

It was excellent, because I've explore my potential and experience
Itthats company was like my second home I've experienced alot in that company like I know how to work under pressure with team work,how to solve a problem with customers,how to sell ,how to convince a customer how to handle pressure on a daily basis.i came to work at TFG without any experience I can say now that it taught me alit I know I can work as merchandiser, cashier, administrator and sales representative I see myself the next five years time opening a big company for myself

Growth at tfg
Excellent learning curve. I employees are treated fairly. I gained loads of experience in my time at tfg. I grew as an individual, learned how to manage finance and gained decent leadership experience.
