Excellent work skills, interacting with ew people

Whg at fwhile working at Foschini I've loved interacting with people on a continues base. Trying to figure out what exactly customers want was fun and getting the needs correct was an achievement.

EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT WE HAVE PROMOTIONS EVERYDAY AND DIFFERENT INSTORE VISUALS,DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS THAT WE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS BUSINESS I HAVE LEARNED ADMINISTRATIONS,VISUALS,SERVICE,AND MANGEMENT

Strong learning materials

Jha is a good company with a lot opportunities on upcoming workers for the company. I wish i can work for the company the rest of my life but i have to see another opportunities of my life. And give the upcoming the space to learn in the company like me. I had never problem with the company since i joined them in 2018.

Pros: Is the company which u can be given an opportunity to prove yourself and show other staff the experience you have with the company. As for me i learned a lot to this company reason is when i start to work with them last in 2018 i didnt know anything about point of sales. I appreciate the tfg group what they have done in my life they have played a big role in life. Now i write this reviews to knowing everything about the retail and everything you can think of.

Excellent learning curve

The company has an excellent learning curve, it promotes its workers before going outside. We work long hours and get paid less but still love what i do. Have great staff, even if custoners cime complaining i know wgen the customer leaves tge store, they leave satisfied and calm.

People person

Managing a team of 15 agents. Ensuring KPI's and service levels are achieved. Daily interactions with agents like coaching and one on one's. I've learned that you spent most of your time at work so you might as well enjoy it. I enjoy helping customers and people in general. It's very challenging when you have a difficult customer but very exciting at the same time

Pros: Everyday is different and you do not get bored easily
Cons: Sometimes having to work after hours or before your shift starts.

Excellent service

TFG is a very good company that takes care of its employees. The level of professionalism is second to none, and the company believes in team synergy and teamwork. I enjoyed my time at TFG because I learned stocktaking, General admin work, receiving and dispatching stock and customer service.
