Work quality is quite average

Not much room for creativity or to voice opinions. Communication in general as well as through different departments is not great, especially when you are just starting out.

It was a great experience working for the TFG company.we deal with approaching new customers and give them the best service every make sure they are satisfied.challenges were there also were you have to deal with difficult customers with diffrent attitude.I have learned how to be a team play because we worked as a team different races.the money was good we also received incentives.

Growth at tfg

Excellent learning curve. I employees are treated fairly. I gained loads of experience in my time at tfg. I grew as an individual, learned how to manage finance and gained decent leadership experience.

Learning with growth

I am a very good person with great experience in customer service. I have worked at spur and Roman's pizza restaurants as a cashier, through that journey I have learned to work with different people with different personalities. My current job as an administration contractor at TFG. I'm doing filling, making sure that the company money is banked on time and taking care of company assets, organizing meetings and doing the day to day admin. I can work under pressure.
