More work

A typical work, my relationship with my colleague is not too pleasing as they always expect you to do good to them but they never do good to you, and they don't appreciate. What i enjoy most is building a good relationship with customers and always listen to them especially when they queries and complaints so that they leave the store happy or satisfied. What is most challenging to me is the pressure we find ourselves in most of the time. And when the customer wants you to do what she wants instead of her listening to you and do according to the company policy.

Pros: Not really great but it depends on you performance
Cons: Normal retail working hours.

Excellent learning curve and leadership

At TFG is all about team work each and every day. We have targets for each day and we need to succeed it at each day. Each day is different. Different ways to solve problems and different challenges each days. Set us goals for each day. Always help each other out. I have a good relationship with my co-workers we help and enjoy working together. We have lots of fun together. We all unique in different ways.

I work hard in work given dont like disappoint people

I have learn how to communicate with customer and make them free to whatever they want in the business.my coworkers they are friends also support each other what ever circumstance is.the challenge of all days is that we have to meet deadlines everyday

Pros: is to work hard and have no warning for many years
Cons: we work 10 hour a day

I have certificate on product knowledge and i have been trained how to ingage with customers

Im a hardworker never been late for work and can under presure and have doen sacrificise for the company i also have trained as a product knowledge and how to treat a customer trained other staff about the technical stuff i know

Excellent learning curve

working at tfg was great especially the working environment was very fun and energetic. my relationship with co workers was great as i am a team player and love to communicate as well as assist where i can. what i have learnes is that communication is the greatest tool as well as listening skills in order to know what your customer is going through and what you as an agent can do to work out an affordable plan to help the customer being able to afford. what i do enjoy moat is to work under pressure and being to reach my minthly target every month. the moat challenging part of my job is to actually not being able to assist customers to the point where they want me to assist them for example an unemployed customer who cannot afford to pay debt on a monthly basis.

learnt how to do administration work open accounts and how customers are being treated whivh is good customer service together with house keeping and being cashier of which is a good thing in one

Excellent learning

I have worked for TFG for 8 yrs,its awesome and at the same time very demanding to work at store level.Never a dull moment,always striving,pushing to be the best.Driving turnover,customer service,Merchandising,Admin tasks,loved working with my colleagues,my team always pushing them to be the best,I hate being in red and not achieving the best results.I enjoy the merchandising visuals making the store looking great for the customer I love fashion so its great to work with what you love.I've learnt to always be good at what you do and enjoy what you do.Retail at this time is very challenging people think twice before they buy and there is the competitors so what makes your company different its how we treat our people and customers.

Treat every coming customer equal and friendly

It is best that each customer that enters at the store be treated friendly as it is the asset of the company. Working as a team builds a good relationship as it makes the company production more productive. I have learnt that working together as a team and sharing ideas there's is nothing you wouldn't achieve and be profitable. What I enjoyed the most in my previous job is when my teammates and I would compete on generating sales to meet our daily target and also for the daily growth. The challenging aspect was when we had a new account drive whereby we would have to go and canvas for the accounts, at times the target market would refuse to open the accounts due to their reasons and we have to persuade and convince them why they should open it.
