Excellent learning curve

TFG it's a very great company to work for especially if you don't want grow you just want to be comfortable. Opportunities are there but limited. If you want growth it's always advisable that you do that somewher hence I'm looking for new opportunities outside.

I have certificate on product knowledge and i have been trained how to ingage with customers

Im a hardworker never been late for work and can under presure and have doen sacrificise for the company i also have trained as a product knowledge and how to treat a customer trained other staff about the technical stuff i know

Excellent learning curve

working at tfg was great especially the working environment was very fun and energetic. my relationship with co workers was great as i am a team player and love to communicate as well as assist where i can. what i have learnes is that communication is the greatest tool as well as listening skills in order to know what your customer is going through and what you as an agent can do to work out an affordable plan to help the customer being able to afford. what i do enjoy moat is to work under pressure and being to reach my minthly target every month. the moat challenging part of my job is to actually not being able to assist customers to the point where they want me to assist them for example an unemployed customer who cannot afford to pay debt on a monthly basis.

training staff to better customer service ,controlling budgets ,reaching targets ,implementing industrial relations, stock control . creating a relationship with customer for long tern .my most challenging aspects was opening new accounts .i enjoy people working in a team to succeed

Excellent learning curve

TFG is a very good company with great growth opportunities but it is management that make things difficult because with them growth is granted on favourism than on Merritt.

Treat every coming customer equal and friendly

It is best that each customer that enters at the store be treated friendly as it is the asset of the company. Working as a team builds a good relationship as it makes the company production more productive. I have learnt that working together as a team and sharing ideas there's is nothing you wouldn't achieve and be profitable. What I enjoyed the most in my previous job is when my teammates and I would compete on generating sales to meet our daily target and also for the daily growth. The challenging aspect was when we had a new account drive whereby we would have to go and canvas for the accounts, at times the target market would refuse to open the accounts due to their reasons and we have to persuade and convince them why they should open it.

Great experience and work exposure in the career field I would like to grow in.

TFG is one of the leading fashion retailers in the world. It has a goal of being the best retail group in the world. The values of TFG align with my personal values and encourage for me to grow. I like that TFG has CSI initiatives, giving back to the community and working to better the lives of others is what I believe is humane and being a great blessing to others.

Perseverance is Key

A typical work day for me would consist of replying to emails, consulting on ER matters, updating employee files, Liaising with payroll department, capturing info on HR system regarding salaries etc. Maternity consults. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers, I am part of small team which consists of HR Manager and Training Manager and myself. This allows me opportunity to work on different levels as both Training Manager and HR Manager travels quite frequently. I have learnt that there is no job too small or too big when you are willing and have a positive attitude. What I enjoy most is the ability to interact with employees on all levels, I feel that this builds confidence in oneself and also in others. It is important to establish a trusting working relationship with all staff and colleagues. The most challenging part of my job is probably the challenge of being in a small team who has to juggle so many different tasks, although still enjoyable.
