Great experience and work exposure in the career field I would like to grow in.
TFG is one of the leading fashion retailers in the world. It has a goal of being the best retail group in the world. The values of TFG align with my personal values and encourage for me to grow. I like that TFG has CSI initiatives, giving back to the community and working to better the lives of others is what I believe is humane and being a great blessing to others.

Excellent learning curve

I have I earnt patience ,persistence and exceptional customer service
There's normally no growth in retail the money is little , one hardly gets time to spend with family, there's no visible benefits such as medical aid , one is not rewarded for the long service spent with company , Things such as school funding ,learnerships and incentives such be implemented as well
Pros: Get to meet new people all the time , explore peoples thoughts and needs have the customer leaving satisfied
Cons: Working hour's are too long one never gets time to spend with family and friends or go on vacation

Growing learnin curve
TFG is a exciting environment to work in especially if u have the love of fashion it's a fun and vibrant environment to be in , the people are very friendly and they are like a family.I have learnt a lot mostly how to build relationship and negotiate with suppliers and also to be very attentive to details , how to work under pressure and to be very organised since the retail world is fast and this need you to be on time as there are many channels involved before the stock can reach the stores and they have to be on time so time mangaement and priorotising was important to me .And my relatiinship with my co-workers was a good one as they where willing to help.me amd guide me and also what made it more strong was that I was always willing to help evrryone or to offer help if I was free as they has so much on their plate

Learning curve
The company expects alot to be done such as packing out stovk, pricing and tagging. Which is basic day to day actigities in this retail environment, I feel that it is not challenging enough and that I am not using my skills to the best of my ability. I am a fast learner and a hard worker, so I strive for good work ethic even under pressure. Co workers are helpful and easy to get along with , but management treat some of us unfairly. The proffessional standard in the workplace is quickly broken by gossip stories while being on lunch. I have learnt that its best to do the work that is expected of you, whilst still assissting the customers to the best of my ability,

Great experience acquired.
Typical work day would start at 7:30 responding and sending out WhatsApp communication to stores, then get to the store for the day / office and do a findings checklist with store manager, assist with merchandising and train staff and store manager, move to the next store, whilst responding to queries on group chats. Send feedback on the stores you were at as well feedback for your region on campaign or promotional launches. Would leave stores roughly after 6/7 get home and do feedback in presentation form, and respond to e-mail sent during the day as well place orders for marketing etc ,would finish at 10/11pm on a normal day. Relationship was lovely with co-workers we all supported one another. The people element was my biggest joy. I have gained so much experience with regards to interpersonal relationships, how to manage people, projects and your own role. Most challenging was the shortage of staff, and a ridiculous workload placed upon me.
Pros: stability and job security
Cons: excessive long hours with no option of having overtime paid to you, difficult to take the hours owing as there was no time to do so. Its a rat race that never ends.

Excellent learning experience
I have learned so much at my current company. The work environment is friendly and professional. I need something different where I am willing to learn new things. I want to improve my working abilities by applying for new work positions where I can be able to learn new things and challenge myself.

Gained experience
Very stressful, pressure, good environment to work in. Promotions. Seems difficult to get, suggestions doesn't seem to be taken into consideration, experienced how to handle pressure and work under pressure, gained exposure to sales

Good learning curve
I am always keen to learn new things and I am a positive type of person, with a good personality. I pay attention to detail and I am a good listener. I get along very well with people.
