EACH DAY IS DIFFERENT WE HAVE PROMOTIONS EVERYDAY AND DIFFERENT INSTORE VISUALS,DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS THAT WE CUSTOMERS THAT ARE NOT THE SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THIS BUSINESS I HAVE LEARNED ADMINISTRATIONS,VISUALS,SERVICE,AND MANGEMENT

Great learning curve

,I started as a 72 work hard to be assistant manager wasn't easy working with different characters but we worked hard to build a good relationship,long working hours to deal with different customers but enjoyed the ride as they were some good customers

Good learning curve

I am very good with my work. I show alot of respect to my superiors and to my fellow team mates. I am able to work under pressure and I easily adapt to a change. I like to take onchallenging tasks and show my best performance.

Good customer service provider with Respected and dignity . Skills and development.

A great working environment that abides by the rules and regulations of the compony. Treat each other with respect and must act with honesty and integrity at all times Be a team player and have good relationship with the team Provide good customer service and ensure that the customer is happy and satisfied so they can come back again next time. Store needs to be on standard, merchandising always on point. Provide a neat and healthy environment from the window to the back At the end of the day it's about making money and reaching our daily target.

Excellent learning curve

TFG is a wonderful, spontaneous sales environment where you get to prove the client if they don't want to the product you've pitched. It is a serious working environment that if you dont make sales you start questioning yourself about what did you do wrong, did I just waste the companies time, it really haunts because you feel guilty of not making sales even your teammates try to cheer you up but still you still think about it. Compliance is very important because you do not want mislead or omit fraudulent sales. TFG takes full responsibility when one do wrong under compliance.

Best learning curve

Working at Tfg , is the best experience the working environment , the remuneration, working hours, values, etc. I have learn leadership skills, management skills, communication skills and listening skills. The most challenging about my work is making sure that I delight all customers

Dishonest colleagues

My biggest challenge has been working with dishonest people as l am very honest and transparent. I find it difficult working with people who feel the need to be little or discredit others to make themselves look good and get ahead

Excellent learning curve

Working at tfg under total sports has helped me enhance my interpersonal skills and how to handle different customers of different caliber. I got an opportunity to improve my computer and negotiation skills with customers.My duties where stock room controlling,receiving stock merchandising as well as offering customer service to our clients.

Good

I am applying for this job because: I am motivated and results driven sales associate with experience seeking a challenging position. I want to grow and more knowledge to provide and co-operetion environment to contribute diversify my knowledge, experience and skills. My strength lie within communication, company tasks. I can adapt very quickly to any environment and perform well under pressure. I take my job very seriously and I check my tasks on regular basis more especially company administration such as credit notes, manual price change, petty cash, stock movement and sensitives. My company's rules and regulations are very important to me. Most of all I'm very friendly.

Pros: Good in launching sales, promotions and read instructions carefully.
